WORKSHOPS / CLASSES

These are usually half day sessions lasting 2½ hours. They are designed to help you to recreate at least one complete project.  Cost £10 per session

 MASTERCLASSES

These can be a half day or full day depending on the topic and are designed to give you in depth knowledge around specific techniques and products.  They will help you to gain new skills and to get the most from your crafting.  Cost £10 for half day and £20 for whole day

 TASTER SESSIONS

These are short sessions usually lasting for 1½ hours they are suitable for everyone including beginners.  They are designed to give you the basics you need to ensure that you are able to use products successfully and depending on the subject will give you a basic understanding of design, use of colour etc.  Cost £7.50

START TIMES: AM and All day sessions start at 10:30am, PM sessions 2pm and Evenings at 6:30pm

 GENERAL INFO : We supply everything you need to complete the projects – except personal photos where these are required.  We prefer that you do not bring your own general craft supplies with you as this can cause confusion.  

 CANCELLATION POLICY  : If you have to cancel, we ask for at least 3 days notice if you wish to qualify for a refund or to rebook.   If we cancel we will give you as much notice as possible & offer you a refund or transfer.

 LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY :  In order to help you to choose, we have given an indication as to the level of difficulty.   ☺suitable for beginners ☺☺ suitable for people with some knowledge of basic techniques ☺☺☺ suitable for advanced crafters. 

SUNDAY 1^st  LEXIE WILSON  - MOTHER AND DAUGHTER SCRAPBOOK CLUB GROUP 1

☺AM: Club meets first Sunday of the month, and is a group of mums and school age children.  It’s a lovely way to create new memories as well as preserve existing ones plus pass information down from generation to generation.  THIS CLUB IS CURRENTLY FULL

 Monday 2^nd : CRAFTY DIETERS CLUB – WE ARE LOOKING FOR ADDITIONAL MEMBERS FOR THIS CLUB

If you want support to lose weight then this is the club for you.  A relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Cash reward to the person who loses most weight each week and a craft workshop who could ask for more!

 FRIDAY 6^th  : KATI HUGGETT – ESSENTIAL CRAFTING SKILLS WORKSHOPS

☺AM:  STAMPING ESSENTIALS :  You will learn stamping techniques including a romp through basic inks and inkpads to help you choose the right inks for your projects.  Also includes, heat embossing, triple embossing and masking techniques

☺PM:  A STEP FURTHER  :  this class leads on from the morning but is also suitable for anyone with a basic stamping knowledge who wants to develop their card making skills.  You will learn how to add interest to your projects using texture and dimension including matting & layering, glittering, liquid applique and fun flock

 SATURDAY 7^th  - MINI CRAFT FEST

SUNDAY 8^th : LEXIE WILSON  - SCRAPBOOK CLUB GROUP 2  – THIS CLUB STILL HAS SPACES

☺AM: Club meets 2nd Sunday of the month, is open to all and is beneficial whether you are starting out or are more experienced.  You will create complete layouts each week with the help of Lexie, an avid scrapper herself.

 MONDAY 9^th : CRAFTY DIETERS CLUB

☺Starts 6:30pm and includes a crafting workshop with Carole Cann

 FRIDAY 13^th  : CAROL COCKBAIN – STENCILS WITH NO PASTE IN SIGHT!

☺☺AM: Using Dreamweaver stencils with vellum creates really pretty cards.  In addition in this class you will learn how to create your own background with distress inks and cling film.  This background technique also works with glimmer mists and other products so you can experiment further when you get home!

☺☺PM: More Dreamweaver stencils and this time out come the Cuttlebugs and light boxes as well, topped off with Cosmic Shimmer powders to add colour and pearlescence

 SATURDAY 14^th : CAROLE CANN -  ADVANCED METALS CLASS – £25.00

To get the most from this class you should have completed the metal for beginners class.

 DEMO: LEXIE WILSON – PROJECTS WITH STICKY BACKED AND PRINTABLE CANVAS

 SUNDAY 15^th  :  LINA MCDERMOTT  –  WATER COLOURING WITH RUBBER STAMPS

Lina will show you how to make your stamped projects look like a work of art!  No-one needs to know you didn’t draw it yourself – unless you tell them!

☺AM: SHUTTER AND SPRINGER CARDS  –  cards with a  difference one using Christmas papers and one for other occasions

☺PM:  CUTTLEBUG CARDS – in this class you will be using the Cuttlebug with Go Kreate and Spellbinder dies to  create some fab cards

 FRIDAY 27^th:  CUTTLEBUG DAY 

☺AM : CUTTLEBUG STARTER CLASS – if you have often thought about getting a Cuttlebug or similar machine and are not sure if it would work for you then this is the perfect class.  We will take you right through from opening the box to creating basic projects. 

☺PM: CUTTLEBUG MASTERCLASS – learn to think outside the box and make the most of your Cuttlebug.  In this class we will help you to look at different ways to use nestabilities, show you how to use brass and other stencils, using inks with your embossing folders and many more tips and hints to get you using your machine to its full potential!

 SATURDAY 28^th : CAROL COCKBAIN – DREAMWEAVER MASTERCLASS – £25.00  LIMITED SPACES REMAINING

☺ALL DAY: Carol takes you through everything you need to know to make great projects using the Dreamweaver products.  In this class you will work with Dreamweaver stencils and pastes including the crackle and pearlescent pastes you will also use gold leaf and glitter

 SUNDAY 29^th : LEXIE WILSON

☺AM: SCRAPBOOKING FOR BEGINNERS – Christmas is a great time of year with family and a time when we take lots of photos.  If you are fed up with people groaning when you get the photo album out but don’t know where to start with scrapbooking, why not let Lexie help you to take your photos to a whole new level with creative scrapbook pages.
