JUNE EXTRAVAGANZA

Spread the word and block out your diary because we have just published the details of our fabulous June extravaganza weekend on our website.  This year it is the 6th and 7th June and we know you are going to love what we have arranged for you!.  We have 17 demonstrators for you,  based in Lingfield Community Centre, including some who have not been with us before as well as some of your favourites.  There is also a  full workshop programme running in the studio at The Craft Barn.   For those of you who travel from further afield and like to stay over, we have included a list of local hotels and guest houses.  Click here to see all the details.

Just a quickie to let you know that we have added Rubber Romance stamps to the website.  These are contemporary chic stamps and they mix and match really well,  great for cards  for teenagers and sophisticates of all ages!  We’ll get some samples made up for you in the near future.

Also some of our nestabilities and borderabilitiesstock has arrived (not before time!) and we are told the rest is not far behind (yippee!).

The Making Memories Slice Machine has landed and I will be demoing it in the shop on Saturday -  a first for me as I don’t usually do demos but I am so in love with the little beauty that I can’t bear to let anyone else have her yet (yes I know it’s sad but it’s a girl machine to me!).  It is so light and portable and easy to use  and did I mention that I LOVE it?!

new additions to the website

We had our delivery of Copics today so we have some items back in stock – sadly not everything came but I’ve already re-ordered!

Just also wanted to let you know that we have added some new things to the website.  These include some really nice things to alter either with metals, inks or paints or just to cover with paper, whatever takes your fancy!  I’ve put a couple of pictures below to whet your appetite and you can click here to go to the section to have a look.  These have proved very popular in the shop, and those of you who have found them have already started to order on line, hence we are low on some items but I am on the case with a  re-order and if there is something you particularly want you can always ring us to pre-order.

We are really pleased with the great value these items offer and mentioning no names but often seen at The Craft Barn one person has already bought 4 tissue boxes so I know what some of you are getting for Christmas!

I’ve got some other really great products to add over the next few days so stay tuned……

Isabelle asked me to post the comment to go with this beautiful card by Kiki as she was on holiday this week and oh dear I missed the deadline.   My excuse is that I had a proper day off this week (I know I can’t believe it either!)  which of course completely confused me and I never have got the days and dates straight back in my head!

If you want to replicate Kiki’s wonderful creation, she has used the Cuttlebug Script and Swiss dots embossing folders, Cosmic shimmer

embossing powders (which are amazing if you haven’t tried them yet) a Craftwork Cards circle greeting, Inkadinkado Inchies and Distress
